Okey, but you did not gave much more information than before. We should not have to ask twenty questions to get people to tell us what’s wrong with their routers. As normis said, your problem description is unclear at best. To get help with this issue, you need to provide information of your network and router configuration. You said that you cannot login to your router when you are connected with PPPoE. I guess that you are able to connect to your MikroTik router when PPPoE is disconnected? If that is so, did you try to connect using an IP address, or a MAC address?

but i cant login from any pc have windows vista or windows 7

any one try to use winbox to login after connect by pppoe from win vista or win 7?
i try to tell all about this problem to solve it
winbox with PPPoE and all Windows including vista 32/64 bit and win7 32/64 bit and MacOSX works fine. ROS version from 2.9.31 to 4.1
Nah, you said nothing about Windows XP. Okey, now we finally know that it only works with Windows XP, but not with any newer Windows versions. It sounds like Windows Vista and Windows 7 is misconfigured.

Are you running pppoe on winXP as well when everything is working? You could also disable firewall, see if it helps.
