Searching some around for the problem, but dont find any realy good answer in the forum to the winbox message:could not get index:missing file!
Either you have some firewall blocking the communication with winbox, or the files in RouterOS have some corruption. You can try from another PC, and if the message is the same, try to reinstall RouterOS.
