Winbox fail to open RB when the route is not available

Hi,
why, from inside network, when I try to open routerboard through winbox by IP it fails when the route is not available or internet is down?

What address are you using to connect to the router? Please provide some more details like routes and firewall rules.

Example:

CPE settings: eth1: 192.168.1.1/24 wlan1: 10.10.10.25/24 route: 10.10.10.1

until the gateway is reachable from wlan1 I can access to cpe from winbox with its IP address, so if the gateway is down I can only access via tools / mac-telnet and / or otherwise via telnet.

The firewall has the rule to masquerade wlan1 interface.

I know the argument is for a wireless situation, but I felt more like a ROS topic,
