WinBox forgot master password

Hy,

Sorry for my english. I downloaded to portable WinBox v3.12, i have set a master password, but i forgot it. I want to clear this password and set a new one, but I do not know how to do this. I thought if i clear winbox registry data, it will solved my problem, but I could not find winbox’s registry keys in the regedit.

I can login my routerOS with winbox, but i want to save my login data with master password protection.

Can anybody help me?

The settings are saved in C:\Users{USERNAME}\AppData\Roaming\Mikrotik. Delete that folder and the password will be gone.

you can have this done by setting a new master password by typing nothing ( leave the new password and confirm the password ) filed empty.
