I keep getting an ERROR: could not connect to 192.168.88.1 while trying to connect G-52HPACN with Winbox. I tried changing IP address manually I tried connecting the device with cable to the laptop and to the ASUS router and tried to connect to it threw WIFI but everything was hopeless I’m so tired of it all. please help. and thanks in advance

Nevertheless, try contacting via mac address (just click the mac column in neighbor tab). If that doesn’t work, reset the device by following the procedure as outlined in the quick guide:
Hold the reset button during boot time until LED light starts flashing, release the button to reset RouterOS configuration (total 5 seconds).
