But you guys am not saying I know thing about this. All I need was how to get around with:with the winbox or OS itself and I can configure it myself.
For instance, when I try download winbox,I get 'the page cant be displayed" and when I use the router os, I can get the id in.
so basically that’s it.I can configure myself but I need a push

Goddy, first give me a picture of what you want I can give you clue on how to do it.
I am also new, but I managed to get my working so I can tell you how I did it.
Basically from Gateway (RG) to Switch - to - AP and clients connect from that point.
So how do you want it?

The Winbox is nothing but a Graphical Interface for RouterOS (where you can do pretty much the same as in a Telnet/SSH/Serial session with RouterOS) running on Windows (and Linux using Wine).
You can probably use both, but most people prefer using SSH to connect. I use both Winbox and SSH - depending on what I’m going to do. To make a quick error search I normally use Winbox, but I use SSH when I configure the units.

what ip service are u talking about?
look for the “www” service, it should be on port 80 or 8081 if you set up hotspot.

actually, first check if in your router, the interfaces are enabled and the IP addresses are assigned correctly. follow the basic setup guide to learn how to connect to the router and how to set it up:
http://www.mikrotik.com/docs/ros/2.8/guide/basic

Yeah if its a new install or if you reset the MT to default configs then all interfaces are disabled and you have to serial into the router.
