Is it possible to manage Clients Sxt antennas from an winbox session to omnitik base.
I am able to “winbox” omnitik base on Public ip from ISP but how to Connect to sxt Clients?

Yes, you have to use ip/firewall/Nat to redirect a specific port to the internal APs.
1.- you have to be sure the internal SXTs have Internet (gateway)
2.- redirect a port in nat in the equipment with the public IP. Read http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:IP/Firewall/NAT#Destination_NAT
3.- access the internal sxt in winbox using: PUBLIC-IP:PORT
