Is there any possibility to open a popup with an information on winbox-logon?
I found /system note, but this information can only be seen on terminal-logon.
It would be great to leave some information if another engineer is using winbox like “Caution - High-Availability-Setup - Manual Sync to Passive-Node needed!!”

WinBox shows such window when you first login to device with default config or when it has L1 licence. But it’s probably hardcoded only for these uses, at least I didn’t find a way to customize it. They could surely use same window for showing text from /system note, try sending a feature request.

Nope. But I didn’t look very hard. As I wrote, if you need it, try to send feature request to MikroTik. I think it’s very reasonable one, because when there’s system note, it makes sense to show it to all users, no matter which admin interface they use.
