Winbox + IPv6 + macOS + CrossOver

Hello,

Anybody using CrossOver to run Winbox on macOS Sierra? (If not, how are you use Winbox?)

I can’t see IPv6 address of my router in Winbox neighbor table. IPv4 is ok.

I don’t use Winbox much on Mac, but I just tried with Wine Bottle.

IPv4 works, IPv6 does not.

It says “ERROR: Invalid address - ”

For what it’s worth, Wine that is packaged with Fedora 26 works without a problem for both IPv4 and IPv6.

It’s possible Crossover isn’t compiled with IPv6 support.

That said you can always bridge a VM to your WiFi or Ethernet interface and run it on Windows proper.
