7.12 beta forced a winbox version change but the newer winbox version does not FIND mikrotik devices
Winbox v3.31 was the last version I had that would detect mikrotik devices regardless what network they were on
Winbox 3.39 will not see anyhow them so unless you know its IP you can not connect to it
