WinBox Layout - How To save it?

Hi,

Stupid question. I search a way to save my column layout per RB I manage. It is possible? Even globaly it will be help.

Euh… After 55 reads, I still have no answers.

It is because no body knows how to do it or it’s an unimplemented feature?

The latter, I believe.

Column layouts are already saved by default. Winbox has limits how much data it can save, so if you customized a lot of stuff, only part of it will be saved.

Yeah, but there’s no “save layout”, “load layout” option, which, combined with the fact that the layout is lost after every reboot, makes for layout saving being somewhat unreliable.

It is not lost after reboot. You can “load” or “not load” in the winbox loader, there is a checkbox.

You mean the “Load previous session” checkbox?

That works fine for me, as long as the router isn’t rebooted. Oh, and it’s not preserved after an upgrade, which is also annoying. I have few customizations, so it’s only mildly annoying, but still.

I never found a different way. Every time I reboot, I start uncheking “Load previous…”, set my layout, exit, start again the winbox loader with the “Load previous…” box checked and pray. Sometimes works, sometimes not.
