Hi,
my wan address is 122.102.32.154/30. & my lan address is 202.148.60.249/30.i can looged in from my lan address.
BUT, i can’t logged in 122.102.32.154 from my other’s mikrotik address 202.148.56.1/24 while my computer address is 202.148.56.58. 
Perhaps you do not have the routes setup correctly? Or when entering IP’s I frequently forget to type in the /24 at the end. IE you should enter a new address on MT as 192.168.0.1/24 and not just 192.168.0.1
Make sure firewall is not blocking this communication.
there is no firewall added in first mikrotik(122.102.32.154/30) & also /ip services name=www port=80 available from=0000/0
//problem is i cant remote access (winbox) from 202.148.56.0/24
but i can find telnet & ping from it…
It is better to use x/y or something like variable instead of your public IP address.
