Winbox port forwarding (2.9)

We deploy and access router at each of our sites (sputnik AP160s) which handles client login/captive portals etc. We are currnetly setting up our RB532s as transparent bridges so that the AP160s hand out DHCP addresses to clients connecting to the RB532 long range radioes. And it works great. Howeve we would like to manage the RB532s remote. We can set up port forwarding on the AP160s so when we connect to the wan address on say port 8000 it will forward the packets to 8291. So for example if we have a site with 2 RB532s we would like to setup port 8000 to forward to RB532 number 1 on port 8291 and port 8001 on the wan to forward to RB532 number 2 on port 8291. The problem is that we can’t seem to find a way to tell winbox to connect to specific ports. Any ideas?

Change the ports under: ip>services

Port 8291 is fixed:

you cann’t change port on router and you cann’t use different port in Winbox loader, if you use address 192.168.1.0:8000 it would use 8291 one way or another.

I had similar issue in 2.9.3, maybe it will work now. You should try it.

Try create dst-nat rule on your router that redirects all the request to the port 8000 to remote router’s port 8291 and try to use “192.168.1.0:8000” in winbox Loader
