I’ve installed a router/AP (not MT) between my PC and a rb333, but now I cannot see MAC addresses in winbox pull down menu when I try to login to MT, only by IP… is there any port to let open in the middle router?

MAC address has nothing to do with ports, it’s layer2 comminication. it works only if you are directly connected to the device, not over routers. use it ONLY for emergency access, it’s unreliable. use IP address for normal configuration
Yes as normis said it won’t work over router in middle.
Yes you need to configure your middle router to let connect to winbox
