I have a quick question, I know its simple but I donno how to do it…
I have a client on CPE as follows: Wan 192.168.10.5 and Ether 192.168.1.12
AP as follows: Wan 192.168.10.1 and Ether 192.168.100.1 connected to my local area network
My laptop is on the 192.168.100.148 local area network
How do I connect using winbox to the clients CPE? What do I need to do on the router to allow that? plus to be able to ping the client CPE too?
ensure that your CPE is reachable by you (eg, you can ping it) if you can, then you should be able to connect to it.
I am not able to ping it… how to I allow my laptop IP 192.168.100.148 to ping CPE WAN 192.168.10.5 network? and the router in between is WAN 192.168.10.1 and Ether 192168.100.1
I can reach the router but I cant reach the CPE from within my local network.
