Winbox saved passwords

Hi everyone,

I have 2 Mikrotik devices, for some reason, Winbox only saves one password at a time, so when I try to connect to the second device the password is incorrect so I need to reenter one.

Once Winbox knows the pass for the second device I cannot connect to the 1st one as the pass in incorrect and visa versa

Can Winbox store 2 passwords somehow?

Yes,
within the winbox open
Just check the box keep password put a note in the note filed and click on add/set do the same for the other device but put a different note that why you have saved password for each device

Use the “ADD” button to save it into your managed list. And yes, checkmark the “keep password”
