There are issues with special characters, yes. Change to plain ASCII in Winbox3 and try again. Possibly you can change it back in Winbox4 but then it won’t work in Winbox3 anymore.

If special characters might be an issue, I suggest you change your password to something without special characters to establish whether that is the problem. Don't forget things like different keyboard mappings and even CAPsLOCK
