I have a number of RB2011 Ui AS-RM Routerboards which after configuration I can see and log into using Winbox but when I have them on my network on the WAN connection they no longer appear in Winbox and I can no longer log into them on there IP’s can anyone help please, probably me being thick but who knows…
Do you have internal wan inside your network? You have probably broken layer 2 domain so you cannot use neighbor detection but directly use ip address of the device you want to connect to. If it doesn’t help you have error in routing and/or natting and/or firewalling.
