The situation is as follows. There RouteOS 5.26 module and user- managery 5.26.
Configured authorization requests hotspot on Windows NPS server , it works. Just in userman created user accounts , it’s the same work.
Just set that requests for authorization of users with a certain prefix to go Radius Proxy. The problem is that the radius of userman gives the answer in a format that is able to accept Windows NPS. I discovered this by analyzing the traffic between the server using tcpdump. It turns out that Windows NPS expects an answer in the required format , does not get it and says that the service radius proxy is not available (
