NEED HELP can’t connect to server from vlan 192.168.0.0 bat a can conect from vlan 10.0.0.0!!! can anyone tell me what is the problem??? and and by the way if I want to do on the server DHCP on mikrotik routers and switches need somtig like -ip helper addres like on cisco??
You need to provide some more info. 
Windows and mikrotik must be in the same subnet. - And vlan - if not - you have to route.
