This is a bug with v7.24. Downgrade to 7.24rc1 or 7.23.x and you should be fine.
I reported this issue on the 7.24rc thread (7.24rc [testing] is released! - #190 by fragtion) before 7.24 was released and even posed the rhetorical question about whether this issue was going to find its way in the 7.24 release, and low and behold, it still did 
Blows my mind that they released 7.24 to all release channels after this bug had been published days before on the sole forum thread they had in place for 7.24rc feedback.....
