My best guess would be adding a firewall filter rule on the forward chain allowing traffic from 192.168.1.0/24 to 10.128.1.0/24.
As you are working with VLAN’s, I would like to suggest that you add a VLAN for HOME (or whathever you like to call it) and set IP to this VLAN interface (instead of the bridge). As described here: http://forum.mikrotik.com/t/using-routeros-to-vlan-your-network/126489/1
