Your diagram is unclear and I don’t really know what you’re asking. You have in no way indicated what you’re trying to do. “I want to connect an AP” is not sufficient.
Are you trying to extend a network that already exists on the Mikrotik router? If yes, just plug a cable into a LAN port on the D-Link and the other side into a port on your router that is on that network, and set up the wireless parameters on the D-Link. Done.
If you don’t know how to set up an IP address on an interface on a Mikrotik router, read the manual: http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:IP/Address.

you mean just plug one side of cable in D-link 3200 AP and the other side of cable into switch and setup parameters like Frequency ,Mode,and security etc,etc. on D-link 3200 AP thats it and then wireless clients can login with their user name and pass which are created in mikrotik.

I am trying to guess what your requirements are:
- You will have to make your MT box to access internet. Connect one ethernet port to the DSL. If IP address is to be gotten authomatically, setup DHCP client on that interface.
- Configure IP address on the other Interface
- Setup a masqurade rule to allow clients connected through the LAN to access the internet.
- Setup DHCP server on this interface
- Connect the D-link AP to the LAN.
You dont have any wireless configuration on mikrotik.
You need to configure your d-link using an ethernet cable and then plug the cable to the switch that is connected to the pppoe-server.
