Wireless Bridge Mikrotik-Ubiquiti

I have to connect Mikrotik RB433 with Ubiquiti Nanostation5 but, in wireless debug log on Router Board, I receive this message:
“association not possible: can not support requested capabilities”

This means that these router is incompatible?
Or is a configuration problem?

one of the devices has enabled a mode which the other doesn’t support. For example, MikroTik Nv2 technology is not supported by Ubiquity, and Ubiquity’s Airmax is not supported by MikroTik. They are both TDMA technologies, but they work only with same-brand devices.
