Wireless Client Connection Problem

Hi every one,

I setup a Mikrotik Access point, my clients have 2 IP addresses that set manually.
They have problem to connect to AP, but when I remove one of IP address connection will be esteblished.
How to solve fix this problem?

1- dhcp server
2- ip pool

I dont have any dhcp server and IP pool, the IP addresses of Clients set manually.
LAN and WLAN of my AP are bridged, too
