wireless client somtimes connect somtimes not ......

hello
in the last few days i found a strange problem - when saveing changes on wirelless settings then sometimes only a few clients connect - after doing the save again ore interface on/off the clients connect again or not …
sometimes it needs a few gos
somtimes the clients are connected and no data is transmitted
ore somtimes they are connected and data is moved over very slow - ping is about 3000ms
and it only happens an the bottom card of the rb532 - never on the one on top !!
i also tried older software versions from 2.9.19 on - same behavier
tried cm9, rb52, wlm54g- all the same

any idea - here is the config of the wlan ifs, they are bridged to eth1

You should think about setting the ack-timeout to dynamic (the default) and maybe doing a complete reset of you AP in case you have changed something else from the defaults.

John

we tried it with dynamic settings, and with new rb532 boards new cards and allways the card in the bottom socket hast the problems…
this happens only to boards from the last delivery we got
never seen this on boards that are running for month now
