Wireless device: Sexant and level licence

Hello.
I would like to make a point-to-point link with Sextant G5HPnD.
The question is that in the brochure in MT site says it is level3.

Is it correct?, if so, how can I achieve the link between 2 level3 lic if you need at least 1 level4 for working as AP one of the devices.

You can do it with two level 3 devices. Set on of them as mode ‘bridge’ and the other as ‘station-bridge’ or ‘station-wds’
