Hi,
Wireless interface is disappearing suddenly leaving an unknown interface in the bridge.
Of course, customers can’t connect and if the system is rebooted the config starts working again.
Model 751 U-2Hnd with firmware 5.25
Is this a documented of already fixed issue??

It sounds to me like you have some form of config bug going on.
I would either reset to factory settings and reconfigure it or do a netinstall and reconfigure it. I would not use a binary backup but you could shortcut the reconfiguration by using: /export file=backupFromExport
The netinstall is better in my opinion because it does a format of the storage media.
