Wireless issue between RB711UA-2HnD and RB711-2HnD

All,

I’m having an issue with a RB711UA-2HnD. Clients can associate, even up to about a -55/-57 and -56/-58, but the data rate is coming in at 1M/1M. As soon as I ping the CPE, the rates will increase to 5.5, 6, 6.5 or something. Pings look OK. As soon as I put a load on it (500 byte packets), the connection craps out.

I’ve tried a 411L with a CM9 and a R52, and another RB711UA-2HnD. Same results all the way around.

I’ve upgraded to 5.22/3.0. I’ve reset the config. Everything I can think of, but no help for the situation.

Is there anything I can look at before I call in a climber to replace the unit?

Thanks,

-Troy

Try setting the wireless protocol to 802.11 and disabling Nstreme. I was having similar issues and doing so seemed to fix the problem for me, although I did make a few other changes so I can’t be sure. Let me know if that doesn’t help.
