Wireless N only showing 65 mbps

I assume I am missing soemthing. I have a wireless N card with both antennas connected and the following setting for HT but I am only showing 65 mbps any thoughts?

2. Which hardware (models) are you using?
3. Are all TX/RX chains enabled?
4. Which MT version are there?
5. Is chanel width set to 20Mhz-Above?
