Wireless network heavy arp flooding

Hi we have wireless with Omnitik and all Rb711 devices are connected to omnitik.
All operate in bridge mode as customers use pppoe.

We experiencing heavy arp flooding upto 50mbps traffic coming. But not able to find how and why from where?

Did packet capture, it shows arp gratituous requests.
Does any one have idea, how to stop this? prevent this?

disconnect all the clients from Omnitik and see if flood stop

we found flood from one of the network devices but couldnt find device. ultimately disconnected devices and put a bridge to filter the traffic.

Is there any standard scripts/rules to prevent?

Try this

http://forum.mikrotik.com/t/5-11-and-wds/55424/1

u try to uncheck the default authenticate, then add you client mac address to the access list one by one.
you should able to figure out who are the one creating a trouble then just reject it…

From one machine it was flooding? But currently I am using Wireless AP [ Omnitik] and then Other p2mp machines connecting to it. The other CPEs- are in Bridge mode. I want them in station /router mode.
So I can prevent such flooding.

CPE [172.168.11.9] ----->Wireless AP[172.168.11.4]—> Connected to Main router[ 202.x.x.x.]

What should be the configuration for the same? In AP and in CPE/Station mode?

How did you go solving this?

I was going to use PPPoE as well but decided not to for that reason. All a user needs to do is plug a switch or two in to their client bridge and you can easily end up with a broadcast storm.

Routed is the best way to go full stop.
