Wireless network/routing setup problems with firewall or nat

Hi there>

I got the following setup in place.Server room with 3 servers,1 gaming(192.168.2.5),1 File server(192.168.2.4),1 intranet server(192.168.2.3),Edumax load balancer(192.168.2.2) linked to my ISP with two 4mbit/s lines. And Mikrotik AP with Ethernet(192.168.2.1) and Wlan ip(192.168.3.1) with masquerading firewall on it.With 3 mikrotik router clients loged in ips from 192.168.3.10 to 192.168.3.10.13 with masquerading also enabled. Then I Have a remote AP with 2 Mini pci cards on with one as client wlan1(192.168.3.2) and second with AP(192.168.4.1) with masquerading on.On the subnet 192.168.4.0 do I have also 15 mikrotik router Clients connected from 192.168.4.10 to 192.168.4.25.

The internet access from the clients work.Theres no problem and I limit the bandwidth on the specific router were the clients is logged in by meens of the queuing on the mikrotik.

The problem that I have is>That I want to maximize the wireless network to my serverroom. So that the clients can play games to maximum bandwidth and using my fileserver with maximum download rates. And then I only want to limit there internet usage going out to my ISP.And the with the billing I also want to monitor the usage on each client accessing the server and Load balancer apart.Because I want to bill each client that accessed a specific server separately with different costs.

I Know the masquerading place a rolle but I dont know how to set it up differently in all the mikrotiks so that I can see all my clients ip addresses to my serverroom. And I Thought of putting another mikrotik in between the load ballancer and my serverroom network to limit that Internet access speed there for my clients for all the traffic going past there.

If any One knows how.Your welcome to directly email me at Baquila@gmail.com and sent me a guide how to accomplish this.

Thanx
