Just updating my instructions for configuring access points and for v6, I had a line that said “Change Wireless protocol to 802.11”:
I don’t see this on my lab hAP ax2. Is it not needed anymore?
Wifi drivers only support 802.11, they don’t support NV2 or nstreme. On the same topic, setting wireless protocol was not a strict requirement in most cases as well, as the default value would operate at 802.11, if no additional nstreme/nv2 configuration was present.
