Wireless Registration Table dont show users when i USE PPPoE

Hi to all

I use Routeros 2.9.46
I’ve setup my BS like PPPoE Server and my clients connect over PPPoE clients (on their CPE) to my BS Authenticated by Freeradius.

All is working fine except, user are connected and i ping them and they are working ok, but is strange, because i cant see their wireless signal etc in the Wireless registration Table.

Is this normal?

How i can fix this?

Maybe for the time being you can log into the clients CPE and see the signal strength there?

what is your clients (OS,version)?
which signal exactly you don’t see?

had the same problem

i think it’s in the pppoe profile area or the ppp server configuration where you can specify a local and remote address.

i found that if a remote address pool was not specified then it would not show up in the registration under the interface it connects on. What I did was add a dhcp pool and specify that pool as the remote address, set the interface’s IP as the local address.
