Hello,

I solving problem with wifi roaming 2,4 Ghz. I have a big hall like a tire store. Here are the narrow aisles where the storekeeper runs on the High-lift truck. and has himself handheld PDA with wifi. I have there many wifi AP´s, but between the shelves about 15 meters high is the signal around 70 dbm and still not connect to AP´s.

I want use MIKROTIK RBM11G 256MB RAM, 2x 880 MHz, 1x miniPCI-e, 1x SIM slot, 1x LAN, L4 with card (MIKROTIK R11e-2HnD miniPCI-e karta 802.11b/g/n, Atheros AR9580 (2,4 GHz).

My question is if I configure one wireless to receive from APs and the other on a PDA handheld connection eg via WDS. Will the high-performance wagon work on the incoming wireless roaming to switch to access points in the lobby?

I think your problem is the APs 15m high. What kind of antennas are you using? You need directional antennas to aim the signal down between the aisles.
