I have 4 high gain antenna on a pole. They are on channels 2,4,7 and 11. The snr from clients looks great 40+ snr the ccq looks great 80 or more. However the throughput sucks. I get TX at 54mbps and RX at 1mbps every so often it will jump up to 5 or 6 mbps and the user can browse for a few minutes till it jumps back down to 1mbps. This happens to about 8 out of 10 clients and on all the radios. Other radios in different locations at this property work fine. I also have other locations with 4 antennas all on the same pole. Is there something I could be missing?

i would suggest you disable a radio, and move the remaining three on the only 3 non-overlapping channels, which are 1, 6 and 11 in order to avoid self-interference.
try this and post the results here.
