Wireless txpower/card rate don't work with SXT Lite

The SXT-Lite always transmitt with maximum power. I try to change the power ‘card rate’ but does not work.
Someone know what happens?
It is a bug?

(RouterOS 5.24 and 3.04 firmware)

Info from support - It is hardware limitation. You must use Regulatory domain or ALL RATES FIXED.
It works…
