I want to know if i can create a usable wireless VLAN in station/pseudobridge/pseudobridge clone (i have 951g-2hnd and i did not manage how to do this)
I have another router with dd-wrt that is connected in station mode with a generic AP and i created a wireless vlan that is used by mobile phones and is working flawless.
You can add a VLAN to a physical interface. For instance You might name it WLAN1-VLAN10 or something shorter like W1-V10. You can bridge interfaces with other interfaces as well as with VLAN interfaces.
For example, you may want to bridge E1-V10 with WLAN1. This would mean wireless traffic would have VLAN 10 added to the traffic when it went to ether1 and traffic form ether1 would have the VLAN stripped when it went to the wireless.
I don’t think that the VLAN features work any differently on wired or wireless interfaces.
If your station has an ap license you can set it up as an ap and configure WDS which makes it able to connect to an upline ap and also be an ap for clients.
Ap WDS may work between different equipment but it is not so thin that is well enough standardized to guarantee it. I am sure it would work between two tiks and its worth a try with a DLink
