I have p2p links using mikrotiks, i am using this antennas

When wind is blowing strong, wireless signal srength becomes -87, and cc1 about 45 or less.
This is antenna problem or hardware?
You didn’t say what your initial signal was with no wind but -87dBi is too low. You also didn’t day what this antenna was mounted to and how much it moves during high wind. The missing information is very important to the answer.
Your antenna has a pattern of 9 degrees vertical and 6 degrees horizontal. If your alignment is perfectly centered, it can move 4.5 degrees vertically and 3 degrees horizontally before dropping 3dBi. If it is not perfectly aligned, you can have less movement before the signal drops.
Grid antennas are fine in low winds but in high winds they act as a solid dish (the openings close). That gives them a huge wind load and they will move quite a bit depending on your mounting.
A dish antenna with radome cover will have a much lower wind load for the same gain. But it will also be much more expensive.

Probably trees blowing around in the line of sight.
How much wind load? I think this antenna is aerodynamically designed to withstand wind up to 60M/S.
Did you have any rain with the wind?

We have some PtoP links at Patagonia Argentina… The “media” windspeed is above 80Km/h… To improve your calm, I can tell you: Is not the antenna, neither the support… To stabilize signal strength we need to add some support (like iron arm) to dish to make dish solidly fit to the tower where its mounted. And of-course the radomes are very needed if wind is constant (like here) an even if snowing.

Now i can say that it is not wind problem,
2.4 ghz links can work very good, signal is about -50 to -54,
but on that place 5.8 ghz links signal is -88 to -92. i have scaned but no one using 5 ghz in my place, why this happaning?

Maybe you mast or something is swaying with the wind?
I test and 2.4 ghz antenas work better, what can be the problem, there is no any wireless antennas wich are working on 5 ghz frequency
How long is your link? What kind of terrain? How is the LOS?
We need a lot more info.
Link is about 3 km maximum, i can see my antenna from one side to another, there is good freznel zone, and ccq is about 50 %
