Wireless Wire Cube adpair / aypair random reset

Afternoon. I have experienced in some of our customers that one of the Cubes randomly loses all configuration. Like a hard reset was made. It’s not easy to fully reset a cube, as we all know. Is there any reason why we are getting cubes losing all configuration to the point that we need to configure them again? Thank you

It’s more frequent with the Slave. The Cube does not show on Winbox unless I plug it to the same switch or machine. Then it will show with 0.0.0.0 as IP, which means that it was reset.

The unit could be having hardware issues, I suggest to send it for Warranty repair for inspection

Thanks for your answer. We had at least 10 cases. Is there a chance that these 10 devices might have hardware issues? Would a firmware upgrade fix this? Thanks

I suggest to take one of them and give it to the seller for analysis
