WISP - Network Designer Wanted

I’m starting a WISP! Woooo

I want to hire someone to design the network layout/configuration for me. Of course i can slap a Asus router on the WAN and become a ‘wisp’. But i’d like to do it right and skip some of the OJT.

Considerations
Mikrotik Core Routing
Ubiquiti PTP
Ubiquiti PTMP
Ubiquiti / Mimosa Backhaul OSPF (general redundancy)
Client authentication (PPPoE ect)
Nating customers (configuration logging)
Bandwidth limiting
Queues
VLAN NAT Logging for compliance
Static IP delivery for the few

Yes i know this isn’t for the faint of heart. I have a plan, people, money, and sites. I’m looking for someone experienced and interested. I could piece meal a solution together but i’ve already learned spending a little money to get things started right will make all the difference.
