Hello,

I am trying to set up small wisp where we have towers AP, the idea is to have a PPPoE server on each tower, and have a routed network for other IP.

Any pointers on how OSPF, PPPOE would work on each tower ? I have read many post regarding this but none of them were complete. Do i put 2 MIkrotik router on each tower, one with IP and other with PPPOe server. I am totally lost here on how to achieve this.

Did you ever get this figured out? I’m in the same boat. Been reading a lot of posts, but no conclusive, consolidated solutions, just pieces here and there. Also, I’m trying to offer public IP’s to my clients at the remote sites.

I should add that I’m using an RB2011 with NetMetal5 AP’s at my towers and a CCR at the core. Customers have SXT’s tx.
