I have a 2km SXT link with -66 signal/nv2 and -61/nstreme. Ping is also much lower with nstreme, jitter also. Running 5.2 and setup was not change. Is it normal?
Nv2 protocol adds few db to noise-floor and that might effect the signal reading by few db. For Nv2 link try to push some traffic and then compare the latency.
