Hello, my problem is the following: I have a tp link router connected to my Mikrotik rb952 router.
The tp link router connects to the router and I have it in dhcp client mode so it delivers ip because it has its dhcp service turned on.
This delivers both Wi-Fi and wired networks in another network range.
The Dahua NVR connects to the internet and goes out through the Dahua P2p Service and if I connect from the router’s Wi-Fi I can see the cameras.
But if I connect from another place I cannot access it.
What could be the problem.
I appreciate your help.
Greetings
Why two routers ? Are you using TP-Link as AP ?
I do it this way so that the other network does not have access and can divide one from the other, the tp link does not work as an Ap but as a router in dhc client mode.
The strange thing is that if I am connected to the wifi network of the tp link router I can see the cameras through dhaua’s p2p but if I leave the wifi network of the tp link I cannot reach it.
I am open to seeing how to change this scheme, an AP can be valid but if I do it this way that AP would belong to the network that I want to leave more private.
I appreciate your suggestions.
