Hi…
as we know, now we need to bridge the Wlan and Ethernet in order to setup the wds and some other’s link.
how can we set the wlan & ethernet to pass through the traffic without using the CPU?
i believe this can make the traffic pass more faster and the latency can more lower.
as well, it will have no limitation due to the cpu.
thanks.

Mt guys - is it possible to bridge wlan + eth without cpu? I think that no - because bridge interface is software feature.

Airfiber is a $3000 24GHz gigabit wireless point to point link.
I don’t see where it is comparable to a Routerboard in any respect except it is wireless.
if they system can do, i think as expert like mt should able have that idea…

Airfiber is a purpose built device. As far as I know it isn’t using Atheros hardware. This is seriously comparing a Chevrolet Camaro to a freight train. Completely different, aside from the fact that both devices get data from point A to point B.
