Have a client running a 750Gr2 with a high quality tablet
known as a Kindle Fire. It connects to a Unifi AC AP with no issues, shows in the Unifi controller and in the Tik DHCP pool. This one device will not connect to the internet despite having a perfectly good LAN connection. I have been through every option on the Unifi side, and even asked the Ubiquiti community, but if there is a network issue (and not just a $(#*@ device) it seems to be on the routing side.
Every other wired and wireless device has an internet connection, whether assigned via DHCP, static on the device, or static DHCP, with no issues. What gives? I’ve checked all the firewall and NAT rules for any suspects and I can’t find a thing, it is practically default config all the way. I’ve deployed several Tik routers now, but I am no means an expert, and I’m not sure where to look further or what tools I could use to troubleshoot. Any help or ideas appreciated.
