Wlan hasn't Superchannel and no_contry_set

Hi everybody, can yo help us? we bought new equipment forom USA for panels and in the configuration i cant set frecuency mode: “superchannel” or Country: “no_country_set”

The model is RB922UAGS-5HPacD
Factory Firmware: 6.48.6
Current Firmware: 6.49.6

We tried to put the default config with netinstall, but it doesn’t make any diference

We are from Argentina

It looks like your device is locked to North American market.
You purchased the wrong version.

  • RB922UAGS-5HPacD-US (USA) is factory locked for 5170-5250MHz and 5725-5835MHz frequencies. This lock can not be removed.

  • RB922UAGS-5HPacD (International) supports 5150MHz-5875MHz range (Specific frequency range can be limited by country regulations).

Do not purchase anything from the USA, unless you are sure, it is International version.
