Wlan radio disconnections

at certain times of the day my customer claims disconnections.
looking at the cpe’s log I see this:

I also searched the wiki for log arguments but it seems too general.
can you help me?

Install 6.15 on both sides (on the ap and on one CPE can cause problems) and enable wireless-fp (then reboot and update bios where needed).

Do one wireless scan on both sides and see if someone transmit on “5560 Ce”, 5580 (any type) or “5600 eC”, if yes, choose another frequency.

Unfortunately, as I said, my Ap are not routerboards.

-In some cases, I notice few CPEs lost connection to its own Ap. While other are always good.
For example in the log above, station disconnects from its own AP (DC:9F:DB:50:FA:32 in pic). And what amaze me, it’s the only AP in my Ap tower! and no other frequencies “near” my own.

-In other cases, on the same frequency there’s only another AP of mine installed on the same tower. I cannot understand why this happens. Maybe I made a mistake putting few Ap on the same frequencies? :open_mouth:

-In more other cases, I see SSID on different frequencies like 5300 (almost “far” from my own 5580) interfering. Then I set connect list with the hope to fix it.

I forget about ap, but put one cpe upgraded as say before, near the tower and do the scan…

For example on 5580 cause more interferencies other station at 5300 with -40 than another station at 5580 with -90…

About that, i must also remember that you do not have the possibility to use NV2 or nstreme, because you are forced to use 802.11 by non-routerboad device.

Remember than not using one device with radar detection capability and DFS (must be see if are present on ap), you broken all the law for WISP, using not omologated devices for this service, on all EU country…

I don’t there’s big difference between 5.25 and 5.26
maybe I have to shield sector antennas better?

I don’t there’s big difference between 5.25 and 5.26
Upgraded to 6.15, not 5.26

maybe I have to shield sector antennas better?

My example are for signal in front of panels, not on rear…

yes, but as you know if there’s a problem on rear panels will reflect even in front of them.

Anyway I will try to upgrade!
