WLAN1 Card Not Running

Please can someone help me fix my RB500r5 Series board.
The issues are

  1. When I finish configuring with Winbox, the Wireless Card does not show the R(Run) symbol and therefore can not ping the two radios across.
  2. The POE and the other 2 ethernet interface cards are of RB500r5 can not connect.With the console I have no cable is there any way I can connect to this unit to solve the problem?
    Please i need instant help if not I would be fired.

Download neighbor viewer from mikrotik.com. Give yourself a static IP address (makes no difference what address or subnet) see if you can see the box through neighbor viewer. If you can you can mac-telnet into it and reset it.
