Woobm & CRS312

I’m trying out the Woobm for first time and it works fine on both my RB5009 I have here, however I get nothing in the terminal screen with my 1 week old CRS312-4C+8XG
Should it work or is some hardware not supported?
All hardware running ROS 7.6

Turned out I had to do a “USB Power Reset” - has worked fine since then.
